Eat Well - Feel Well - for 8 weeks from the 3rd of May

Food has a big part to play in our wellbeing
and can influence our energy levels, immune 
system and our moods. 
We will explore the health benefits of eating 
well, what makes a healthy diet, creating
tasty and balanced meals on a budget, how
to enjoy healthy food, and learn about the
important role fats, proteins, carbohydrates
and fruit & vegetables in keeping us well.  
 

Join us every Friday for 8 weeks 
11am-1pm starting on the  3rd of
May
At our Wellbeing Shed at  
Leckwith Droves allotments.
