Growing Together 
We offer a green environment and regular arts, wellbeing and voulunteering
sessions for individuals who have experienced adversity, suffer from anxiety and/
or depression are lonely and isolated in the community.  
 
Local community mental health coordinators as well as GPs will be able to refer to
the groups, we also accept self-referrals. 
 
Using a Person-Centred approach we create a calm, safe environment where
people can meet others, feel connected, find meaningful activities and learn
positive coping mechanisms. In the allotment and workshops, participants can 
leave their label behind, focus on their strength and improve their self-esteem
