A record of 10th January 2025

I attended the AGM at Cardiff County hall on the above date.

It stated on the Agenda that Plot Holders were not allowed to ask any Question, Moreover, the meeting was closed without any other business being mentioned, we had planned to submit a draft of changes to the existing Constitution, for consideration, which can only be agreed at an AGM.

After the AGM was closed, it was generally normal practice for a Committee Meeting to follow on, However, being that the majority of Plot Holders left, some plot holders stayed on for an informal discussion on the changes to the proposed draft Constitution, at the same time names were also put forward as volunteers, as this was not a Formal Committee Meeting no minutes were taken, although, I noted 5 names who had volunteered-:

Steve Stokes, James Smart, Roy Webber, Carlin Underhill, Befor, none of these named were elected onto the Committee by voting or a show of hands being taken.

I later learned Kim Stokes had also put her name forward as a volunteer.

My understanding at present that there is a Chair, Vice Chair, Treasurer and Minutes Secretary elected to the Committee at the AGM, there are no other elected representatives, only Volunteers, who are awaiting to be Formally Elected onto the Committee.
